Homebound Services
Welcome to the Ottawa Library’s Homebound Delivery Service, a dedicated program designed to ensure that all members of our community have easy access to the magic of reading, learning, and entertainment—right from the comfort of home.
About the Service
We believe everyone in our community deserves access to our full catalog, regardless of mobility or physical limitations. Our Homebound Delivery Service is a free, convenient offering created specifically for Ottawa residents who are physically confined to their residences and unable to visit the library in person.
Through this service, tailored selections of books, audiobooks, and other library materials are checked out and delivered directly to your doorstep by friendly library staff or volunteers.
