Green Thumbs

Welcome to Green Thumbs, our welcoming community for anyone passionate about plants, gardening, and the natural world! Whether you have a sprawling backyard garden, a windowsill full of succulents, or simply a desire to get your hands dirty and learn something new, you’ll find a warm and engaging home here.

About the Group

"Green Thumbs" is an informal, adult-centered horticulture club created to foster connection, practical learning, and a shared appreciation for nature. We gather monthly to explore a wide array of gardening topics in a relaxed, friendly environment where everyone’s green journey is celebrated.

Our discussions cover all facets of plant care and landscaping, including:

• Vegetable & Flower Gardening: Best practices for seasonal planting, soil health, pest management, and maximizing yields or blooms.

• Houseplants: Tips for indoor plant care, lighting needs, repotting, and successful propagation.

• Trees & Landscaping: Tree health, pruning techniques, and creative landscape design ideas.

• Ecological Subjects: Sustainable gardening practices, native plant selection, and supporting local pollinators.

Why Join Us?

• Knowledge Sharing: Exchange practical tips, seasonal advice, and real-world troubleshooting experience with fellow local gardeners.

• Community Connection: Meet neighborly plant lovers, discuss current garden projects, and share seeds, cuttings, or ideas.
