Guests can reserve the meeting room or study spaces online up to one month in advance with an email address. Reservations needed beyond that restriction may be facilitated through staff. Guests who don’t have online access can reserve rooms at our reference desk or over the phone.


Prohibited Activities

The meeting room and study spaces may not be used for any activity that interferes with library operations or is incompatible with the library environment. The meeting room and study space doors must remain unlocked, and the windows and/or walls must remain uncovered. Examples of prohibited usage include, but are not limited to: weddings, anniversary celebrations, funerals, birthday parties, reunions, dances, private parties, trade shows, conventions, pageants, or bachelor/bachelorette parties.


Zones

Reference / Ground Floor

The Reference Department, on the ground floor, contains one modest, semi-private meeting room with a large table that seats seven (7) people.


Circulation / Lower Level / Basement

Two newly added, glass-walled study spaces are located near the public use computers in the Circulation Department, in the basement. Each study space contains a table that seats four (4) people and a desktop computer mounted on the table.
