Trying to remember all of these complicated passwords can be frustrating. I, too, have a difficult time keeping them all straight. Not to worry. We are here to help you, at least with your library password/pin.
Our passwords/pins are used to access our public use computers and patron accounts on NextKansas.org. They are typically between four and eight characters in length. We cannot see what they are, but we can help you set up a new one.
Here are a few ways to have your password/pin reset.
Come in to the library and speak with one of our librarians at our circulation desk.
Call the library at 785-242-3080. You will need to provide information for us to access your account.
Email HelpDesk@OttawaLibrary.org with your Name, Library Card Number, and a brief description of the issue. I will send a temporary password once I confirm the information.
Click on the "Forgot Your Password" link on the login prompt of NextKansas.org. You will need to provide your library card number and the email address associated with the account before a temporary password will be sent to you.
